You Must Be A Business

Tru-Seal Products are not available for sale to individuals. You must be part of a business with a resale tax certificate or equivalent. An image of your certificate is required when creating your Tru-Seal account.

Payment Terms

Once your order has been placed, the Order Confirmation page will display a Secure Payment Link and a PDF-downloadable invoice link for your records. When you're ready to pay for your order, simply click the Secure Payment button. We accept all major credit & debit cards that display the Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover logo.

Processing & Shipping

Your order will be processed and shipped via USPS First Class Mail as soon as your payment is received. Our processing & shipping turnaround is typically within 1-2 business days. And we'll be transparent with our communication if there are any issues (inventory, equipment, personnel, etc.). The most important step, however, is following through with your payment after placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchases and, ultimately, become a loyal Tru-Seal customer. If you have any issues with the products you receive, please contact us immediately so we can work together toward a remedy. If you ordered the wrong product(s), we'll exchange them. If there's a problem or defect with the product(s) you received, we'll replace them. And if you tried Tru-Seal and just don't like them, send back any unused product(s) and we'll issue a refund credit back to the card used during checkout.
